Christopher Long, founder, owner and master liquid alchemist, has a TWENTY year history of crafting fresh, seasonal, artisan cocktails. Most notably, he resided at SpoonBar in Healdsburg (2010-2013), working alongside Scott Beattie, Tara Heffernon, and Cappy Sorentino. At SpoonBar, once one of the foremost cocktail bars in the North Bay, nearly every ingredient was made from scratch, everyday, using fresh locally sourced fruits & herbs and garnished with organic home grown edible flowers.
